Position Summary The HR Infrastructure Program (The Program) team has been developed to design the future state HR Infrastructure for Bridgestone Americas, Inc. (BSAM). The Time & Attendance Project Specialist is responsible for ensuring a smooth planning and implementation of updated or newly designed HR service delivery. This teammate will be a part of HR Service Delivery and will partner closely with business leaders and the HR community to deploy Time & Attendance system and process changes. Responsibilities · Utilize project management tools and skills on multiple projects simultaneously to define, track, and report on deliverables and progress independently. · Under limited supervision, assist in coordinating team activities in developing, implementing, and monitoring change, and training initiatives related to Time & Attendance implementation. · Partner with internal teammates and vendor partners on system configuration activities and ensure accurate results with thorough testing and validation. Triage defects to appropriate parties · Assist in the development of employee and manager training on systems usage and conduct both online and in-person training. · Apply subject matter expertise to proactively identify inefficiencies and inconsistencies within processes and collaborate towards an improved and more productive process for process owners, employees and managers. · Create standardized documentation or SOPs to help explain HR process. · Collaborate with HRIS and IT on technology implementations and enhancements. · Ensure accuracy of data and usefulness of standard/ad-hoc reports in comparison with requests. Help provide clear and thoughtful explanation of data and to non-technical users. · Consistently maintain the privacy and confidentiality of information; protect the assets of the organization; perform with ethics and integrity; report non-compliance issues; adhere to applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures. · Other activities as directed. Qualifications Required Experience · Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business or related field · Previous experience with Dayforce HCM/Time & Attendance Systems · 3-5 years of Human Resources or Manufacturing Operation Systems/Process/Quality experience · Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite with intermediate knowledge of MS Excel. · Ability to travel up to 20%; some extensive overnight travel may be required during system go-live phases Preferred Experience · Customer Service focused. · Clear process improvement focus, systematic and organized. · Strong analytical skills: able to analyze problems and devise viable solutions. · Effective at managing multiple priorities. · Ability to communicate HR information to non-HR teammates. · Ability to work with others to achieve team goals. · Working knowledge of Human Capital Management (HCM) systems a plus.
