Position Summary This internship provides exposure to the students field of study (Human Resources) to advance the Masters candidates meaningful, practical preparation for future professional employment within the HR craft. The position will be located in various locations across the United States. The internship will deliver against field HR work along with an enterprise wide, HR project. Responsibilities Under immediate direction and under work guidance of a Bridgestone HR Leader, the HR intern will lead and support core HR operations (employee relations, compensation, investigations, metrics/analysis, talent management/development, etc.). This role will also deliver against an enterprise wide level HR project. This project will be showcased to the HR Executive team for review. Qualifications Must be currently enrolled in an Graduate level MBA/HR focused program Creative thinking and conceptualization; messaging, good verbal and written communication skills Strong computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Products (i.e. Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel) Strong analytical skills able to analyze complex problems and devise viable solutions Proven communication skills, both verbally and written
