As Industrial Engineer you will support the Store Operations organization through a variety of projects focused on enhancing productivity, reducing expense, and maximizing efficiencies through data reporting and analysis. They will assist in providing improvements to operations, work measurement, methods, materials usage, work station and material handling design, and training with the goal of improving processes and productivity. This will directly impact profitability and increase cost savings across all stores. Monitor, maintain, and document the all store labor standards; identify, analyze and implement operations and process improvements; conduct workforce training, and support improvement of overall store operational performance. Responsibilities: Lead and execute the development and maintenance of accurate and effective engineered standards through time and frequency studies. Define and maintain "Best Methods" for all job functions including training of regional teams on productivity and work methods. Support business objectives and expense and process improvement initiatives through needs assessment, work methods flow analysis, recommendations and project implementation. Use appropriate project management tools to plan, develop, and coordinate the completion of assigned tasks and deliver quantifiable results. Test new concepts to improve processes in the stores. Support capital projects when required with work sampling, cost justification (Return on Investment), and cost/benefit analyses. Candidates must have at minimum a Bachelor's degree & 2-5 years of industrial engineering experience . Excellent project manager, communication and problem solvin g skills. Lean Six Sigm a experience is required. Advanced in Excel .
