The Breakdown: The Seasonal Field Marketing Assistant will work with the Regional Marketing team and the Territory Business Manager to assist in the execution of marketing initiatives in an assigned territory. The Seasonal Field Marketing Assistant will assist in the delivery of all marketing projects and programs including retail marketing initiatives, delivery and production of POP tools and displays, events, product demonstrations, public relations and digital marketing initiatives. The Seasonal Field Marketing Assistant will develop relationships with retailers and will constantly look for ways to bring the Burton brand to life as well as support sell through across their brick and mortar and digital platforms. The Field Marketing Assistant will also support other functions of the territory on various brand related projects. What You Get to Do: * Assist in execution of all marketing initiatives and programs for the territory. The Seasonal Marketing Assistant will oversee all department timelines and assist in the implementation and delivery of projects and programs. * Coordinate brand consistency across all retail marketing, events, and consumer facing initiatives. * Coordinate all dealer-support initiatives and maintain brand dealer relationship. * Collaborate with the sales team to support account needs. * Develop and maintain a diverse understanding of Burton products, segmentation strategies and stay current on industry trends and competitor products. * Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all marketing deliverables. * Coordinate brand ambassador programs. * Assist Regional Marketing and Territory Business Manager in brand related initiatives in territory as needed. * Support territory showroom sales and marketing coordination needs. * Other duties may be assigned. What Youll Bring to the Team: * This position requires a Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing or other appropriate field and at least 2-4 years of marketing experience. * Must be a self-starter, highly organized and team player. Polished presentation and interpersonal skills necessary as well as impeccable organizational and analytical skills. A proven track record in coordinating and facilitating a marketing program is required.
