What You'll Do:

  • Determine what the business is looking for and then hand off to the software engineers/architects to focus on how to deliver it
  • Help formulate with strategy while building relationships with business partners
  • Work closely with project managers, software engineers, test teams, and strategy analysts
  • Develop an intern group project and present your innovative idea to Kohl's executives
