The Mission of the Role Business Analytics, Channel Optimization and Customer Segmentation are vital components of our business. The mission of this role is to deliver an amazing user experience through channel optimization and segmentation and build raving fans out of every user.
Your challenge is to determine which are the highest impact channel optimizations to help establish our leadership position and drive a differentiated and sustainable marketing strategy. In this role, you have to be comfortable playing both optimization strategist and tactician. We need a strategic thinker but also someone comfortable in a startup environment. We are seeking someone highly analytical who can combine data with channel strategy to deliver the perfect ecommerce product experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage Business Analytics and Optimization:
Run and optimize A/B tests and conversion/funnel optimization for ecommerce partners
Develop and maintain Digital Measurement Framework to use as a overall health monitor and provide proactive recommendations to internal business members
Utilize segments and customer history data to provide personalized, multi channel ecommerce experiences for client brands
Implement processes and systems to monitor competitor movements for Partner brands
Wrangling data from multiple sources to create integrated views that can be used to drive decision making
Working with several large and complex databases
Designing and building reports and analyses in Excel & Tableau
Channel Forecasting and Channel Optimization –Build Channel Forecasts and Growth plans based on KPI data and channel best practices to optimize for growth based on finding key conversion roadblocks
Develop forecasts for traffic and acquisition numbers by channel
Lead the design and development of analytical projects designed to understand key business behaviors that drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement
Consulting with internal channels/functions to develop analyses that lead to actionable insights that accelerate profitable growth
Identify opportunities to develop forecasts, statistical models, segmentation schemes, and data-driven analyses to drive marketing efforts around customer acquisition and conversion
Partner with the Technology teams to deliver a stable and highly available business reporting platform at the channel level
Develop KPI dashboards per key channel and key flows within channels
