The Warehouse Delivery Office Associate's primary responsibility is to provide excellent customer service and support to our internal and external guests’ through effective communication regarding delivery of product. THIS JOB IS AFTERNOONS/EVENINGS.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer incoming calls from the stores and guests to assist them with their questions and problems.
- Communicate with delivery teams as necessary.
- Provide resolutions to our guests’ needs (i.e. Delivery damage, accommodation requests for time frames, exchanges, etc.)
- Create exchange invoices and submit electronic service requests
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily.
REQUIREMENTS
- EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent
- EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 1 year customer service
- SKILLS/ABILITIES: Must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing; demonstrate the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously; display positive, professional behavior; work at a high paced level.
- Minimal stair climbing; occasional lifting of 10-20lbs
