Administrative|Customer Service Job Description As a Customer Service
Specialist you will support the Enteral Nutrition department in
providing strong customer service by effectively answering calls,
researching customer questions or routing calls to appropriate
departments. As a Customer Service Specialist you will * Answer incoming
calls from patients, doctors, patient referral sources and field
liaisons regarding patient and Coram services. * Route calls to various
departments. * Researching and maneuvering through our internal computer
system to effectively answer questions. This is a full-time, permanent
position. The hours will be Monday to Friday, between 9:30AM - 6:30PM.
The will be the opportunity to participate in overtime work as per
business needs. This is a benefited position and is NOT through an
agency. Challenge your healthcare training or current customer services
skills to make a difference in a patients life by explaining by
initiating the referral process and answering questions from patients

Minimum one year experience working in a customer service environment. *
Experience with data entry. * Experience working in Microsoft Office,
specifically Excel, Outlook and Word. Preferred Qualifications * Home
infusion or durable medical equipment (DME) experience. * Call center
experience. * Experience working in a healthcare environment. Education
Verifiable High School Diploma or GED is required. Business Overview
