Also as a Client Liaison Coordinator, you will demonstrate a high level of quality client service through the execution of accuracy, responsiveness, reliability and professionalism on every interaction in a fast-paced client support environment. The Client Liaison is responsible for identifying and documenting best practices to the all internal partners, reaching out to the member to resolve client level issues, provide updates to customer care and other internal partners, lead infusion training, and work with the account teams to ensure all issues are resolved. Required Qualifications 1+ years of experience with Medicare Part D and/or Aetna Medicare Part D. Preferred Qualifications 1. Microsoft Office Suite knowledge with a focus on Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Outlook. 2. Must have knowledge of internal systems such as Peoplesafe, Behavioral Analytics, LINKS, and AS400. 3. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. 4. Excellent organizational and time management skills. 5. Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills with the ability to work in a team environment. 6. Able to work independently in a fast paced and changing work environment with quick turnaround. 7. Extreme accuracy, attention to detail, and timely resolution, especially on client-facing issues. 8. Ability to manage multiple priorities and responsibilities while still meeting deadlines. 9. Ability to work effectively with multiple functional areas. 10. Ability to exercise professional judgment in analyzing and resolving client issues. 11. Proven ability to drive for results and see projects through to completion. 12. Ability to creatively solve problems when dealing with a multitude of variables where standard resolutions do not exist. Effective presentation skills with the ability to make group presentations. 13. Ability to professionally represent Caremark at client benefit fairs, client infusion trainings and client meetings as needed. 14. Ability to Travel and to work OT when necessary. Additional areas of experience preferred: pulling, listening to, and analyzing the quality of a member call; success at building strong relationships with clients and account teams; ability to successfully prioritize constantly changing priorities; experience performing training with representatives; experience working with systems such as Oracle, SoundForge, DataMart, BA. Knowledge of Med D applications (MedHok, Fazal, Facets, Filenet, MarX, etc.) is helpful. Education Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required.
