- Responsibilities
Reps are required to post and advertise via social media & interact with other reps. Reps are required to sell the product at their campus by directing buyers to our website. Reps are expected to be knowledgable about the company & are expected to represent the company in the best way possible.
- Qualifications
Reps should be fashion forward girls who are not afraid to engage with people on campus. Our brand is expanding mostly by word of mouth simply by adding confident, fun, outgoing, & stylish reps that talk up our product to girls on their campus. Reps are provided flyers and business cards monthly.

- CompensationHighest selling reps each month receive 20% commission. Reps receive products completely personalized to their style at 70% off retail price. Promotions are also available within the company after a rep shows significant interest in evolving the brand and selling our jewelry.
