    About the Role:

    Responsibilities:

    Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.

    Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their purchases.

    Maintain a clean and organized checkout area to enhance customer experience.

    Handle cash, credit, and gift card transactions with precision and accountability.

    Assist in restocking shelves and maintaining store inventory as needed.

    Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.

    Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve store operations.

    Adhere to company policies and procedures for cash handling and security.

    Requirements:

    High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

    Previous cashier or retail experience is a plus.

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to handle cash and perform basic math calculations.

    Must be detail-oriented and organized.

    Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

    Positive attitude and a passion for customer service.

    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
