Summary :
Red Wing Shoes is seeking a Channel Operations Manager to join our Revenue Operations Team. The Channel Operations Manager, Wholesale is responsible for partnering with Wholesale Leadership, Field Sales, Revenue Operations, and Cross-Functional partners to define and drive execution of annual financial and operational plans with an emphasis on driving revenue performance across each of our brands and wholesale distribution channels. Taking an analytical approach, they will identify, escalate, and act against revenue-related opportunities and risks within our wholesale channels. This role will be responsible for acting as the voice of the customer to ensure corporate teams are delivering a remarkable customer experience.
This role will have one direct report, Channel Operations Specialist, and will report into the Director of Strategy and Operations.
