    Job Description

    MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:

    • Perform financial analysis and model various classes of trades.
    • Perform property evaluations using appraisals and real estate comparables.
    • Use ESRI to create maps, find traffic counts, and create customer reports.
    • Create financial reports on new business for executive leadership review.
    • Liaison with accounting, facilities, and finance department to execute and deliver new Site Go-Live process.
    • Involvement with brand partners on notices, programs, trainings, etc.
    • Liaison with brand partners on branded initiatives and requirements.
    • Complete customer credit reviews and analysis.
    • Maintain Salesforce database and identify ways to enhance the customer management tool.
    • Maintain franchise client database in FranConnect.
    • Identifies issues and assists with any necessary changes in database functionality as business and reporting requirements change.
    • Responsible for administering monthly site information report from Salesforce.
    • Order devices and handle support with Cybera. Coordinate with Global IT team to ensure site networks are connected.
    • Evaluate and track operator insurance compliance.
    • Create financial analysis reports on new wholesale and franchise business for executive leadership review.
    • Pull Trade Area Demographics with ARGIS Software.
    • Co-ordinate Binder call with Franchise & West Coast stakeholders.
    • Support marketing objectives of full franchise growth by creating flyers, Discovery Deck Presentations, and email blast campaigns to new and existing data base of clients.

     

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES (REQUIRED):

    • Proficient in Microsoft Suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

    • Possess strong communication and customer service skills

    • Possess problem solving and mathematical skills and have the ability to make rational decisions

    • Be multi-task oriented

    • Be detail oriented

    • Possess the ability to work independently

    • Ability to travel out of market according to business need

    •  Valid driver’s license

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

    ·Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or any other related field and or 5 years’ experience working as an accountant, or in a finance related field for the Integration Analyst. 

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERENCES:

    • Recommend a certificate in Microsoft Office Suite at the following levels: Specialist, Expert, or Master.
    • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Real Estate or related field of study.

    PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

    The Integration Analyst supports the Wholesale Fuel Program Manager and assists in coordinating the Circle K Wholesale Fuels national dealer network, optimizing class of trades, as well as collaborating with the Dealer Business Managers and programs that support each class of trade. Works to ensure uniformity throughout processes, contracts, and agreements within the dealer business. Collaborates as a liaison between dealer, retail, franchise, and administrative networks. Supports the Wholesale Fuel Program Manager in developing functional strategies and specific objectives for Wholesale Fuels and Full Franchise divisions and formulates budgets, policies, and procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Strong knowledge of the wholesale business, franchise operations, and solid knowledge of the overall wholesale and franchise program functions.

    • Ability to push and pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds. (i.e. constructing sales seminar booth and materials).
    •  Ability to drive 75%, unassisted for periods of up to 8 hours.
