    JOB DESCRIPTION

    The Coordinator, Paid Media is responsible for ensuring marketing initiatives are supported globally with paid marketing support on a variety of channels (social, display, search, affiliate and online video). This associate will work closely with internal creative design teams, as well as with external partners, to drive brand-right consumer experiences that achieve campaign-specific KPIs. The ideal candidate is curious, collaborative, and highly organized.

    WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

    • Collaborate with media channel leads and other cross-functional partners to align on product and promo messaging across channels
    • Maintain media calendar and ensure information aligns with the media strategy
    • Manage all paid media creative requests from internal creative team
    • Partner with copywriters for requests on campaign assets and social media posts, as well as submission & tracking of foreign language translations for international markets
    • Responsible for ensuring 100% accuracy of creative and ad placements with overall business standards and creative direction
    • Accountable for trafficking creative to media agency on time and accurately
    • Conduct ongoing competitor creative analysis and share findings with broader team
    • Support Customer Discovery Marketing team with various projects, campaigns and ad hoc needs

    WHAT WILL YOU NEED TO BRING?

    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field required
    • Digital marketing experience in a fast paced, multi-channel, retail environment a plus
    • Familiar with display marketing platforms, tactics, & vendors, preferred
    • Familiar with social media advertising products preferred
    • Proven track record of working across & within a matrixed structure - creative, analytics, & CRM preferred
    • Highly organized with strong problem-solving capabilities
    • Strong project management and inter-departmental coordination skills
    • Highly motivated with ability to thrive in a fluid and demanding environment
