What You'll Do:

  • Shadow supervisors and observe coaching conversations, associate relations issues, and running a team
  • Participate in weekly training classes, leading up to managing a department on your own for the final two weeks of the internship
  • With the help of your mentor, learn how to handle all situations that a supervisor encounters
