    Are you the go-to person for friends planning to buy a new kit or upgrade to a more advanced one? Can you change a coil with your eyes closed? Can you troubleshoot box mods and starter kits of all varieties? Do you know your Juul from your Phix?

    If you can answer yes to the above (and more!) and are passionate about customer satisfaction, the Breazy.com Customer Service Team is waiting to welcome you!

    In this role, you are one of our resident product experts! You know the vaping industry and products better than the average vape enthusiast. You will be responsible for providing best in class customer support by providing product and service information and resolving any product/order issues in a timely and efficient manner. Also, attending to our fast-paced and growing social media customer interactions!

    About the Job:

    • In-house product expert for vaping products, e-liquids and mods/hardware
    • Handle customer inquiries and complaints via email, phone, and social media
    • Provide information about the products and services
    • Troubleshoot and resolve order and product issues and concerns
    • Document and update customer records based on interactions
    • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

    About You:

    • Expert level vaping knowledge with a strong tie to the current trends in the field
    • Previous experience in customer service, sales, and/or other related field
    • Ability to build rapport with clients
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask
