Overview:

As online business continues to grow, so does our network. As a Leadership Management Intern, you will spend time learning day-to-day operations to gain an understanding of what it takes to manage, motivate, and be a leader in a Kohl’s eCommerce Fulfillment Center (EFC) or Retail Distribution Center (RDC).

• Participate in a rotation, observing different departments in distribution (shipping, receiving, order control, picking, etc.)
• Spend time shadowing supervisors and interacting with managers to understand how to handle all situations
• Take on additional leadership responsibilities each week, leading up to managing a department on your own during the final two weeks of your internship
