Accountabilities - Organize and run a usability testing program - Utilize user feedback to iteratively design usable e-commerce websites and marketing landing pages - Effectively communicate research findings, design decisions and user requirements - Work with development teams to implement and test designs - Able to take a complex scenario and break it down into smaller workable chunks - Enjoys solving problems through design - Interested in human psychology and behaviors - Self-motivated to learn in a fast-paced environment - Able to be technical: get into the weeds of how things work Pre-Employment Screening: Drug screen and background check required.
