POSITION:

As a Digital Product Intern you will work on our Digital Product Management team. Product Managers at Signet are data-driven decision makers who build new features and products to enable and transform our customers’ online jewelry buying experience.

You will take part in gathering customer insights, analyzing current customer experiences, performing competitive research, preparing specs/documentation for developers, determining A/B testing opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional partners across Design, Research, Analytics, CX and Technology.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Think strategically and creatively to gather product and customer insights that help inform the strategy and roadmap

• Analyze current customer experiences to define friction points and opportunities

• Perform competitive research to ensure focus on best-in-class products

• Collaborate with Analytics, Design, Research, and CX to create seamless experiences that solve true problems and meet core needs

• Partner with Technology to define scope/product requirements, write user stories and acceptance criteria, and accept user stories upon their completion in each sprint

• Support development cycle as new features and enhancements are coded, tested, and released into production

• Communicate and educate new products and features to key stakeholders across Store Operations, Customer Care, and other parts of the business

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Currently enrolled and pursing a degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business Management or related fields

• Anticipated graduation range May 2023 - December 2023

• Minimum of 3.0 GPA

• Experience with product development, production management, UI/UX, digital marketing, and/or innovation is a plus

• Passion for all things digital

• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Team player with ability to interface and build relationships at all levels

• Strong communication skills, curiosity, and collaborative nature

• Analytical and data visualization skills a plus

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Position is open to Akron, OH, Dallas, TX or remote opportunity.
