Hours: Monday Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm Location: 1600 Cantrell Road, Little Rock, AR 72201 Research and identify strategic opportunities for retail product development operations management consideration. Provide a leadership role to analyze, report, and communicate opportunities utilizing analytics in costing, operations, compliance, and logistics. Evaluate Operational Supply Chain and Compliance projects that involve desired improvements in Cost, Process Efficiency and/or Quality. Research, recommend, and execute operational and compliance projects that create improvements in cost, process, efficiency, and quality. Strategize and recommend project objectives and expectations for management approval. Scan the business horizon for change both internally within Dillard's, US country wide, and international (particularly China) for any events or updates in the areas of: government regulation, business geography, global diplomatic, economic, and financial that could pose constraints or opportunities worthy of some necessary solution follow-up analytics and follow-up execution. Review, strategize, recommend, and execute specific operation's group process and protocol improvements considering consistency of communication, process flow, and potential cost reduction. Maintain a thorough understanding of Dillard's operations group supply chain protocols. Provide expertise to support Internal Customer Merchandising Teams to pre-cost all product categories anywhere in Dillard's global supply chain by considering cost components. Manipulate the Costing Software program to provide accurate Global Garment Costing considering apparel cost components and global economics. Track and report global economics on a quarterly basis. Authorize, personally communicate, and troubleshoot language issues with global garment and materials suppliers. REQUIRED SKILLS * Masters degree in Business Administration * Three (3) years experience in the offered role or as an operations analyst or related role * Three (3) years' experience in: apparel international operation's analytics; retail apparel product development; apparel garment and component costing; compliances (Social Accountability, C-TPAT, and Conflict Minerals); apparel retail global logistics; global apparel economics (Currency Exchange, Inflation, Average Labor Salaries, and Utility Rates); and basic apparel garment construction.
