Key holder e.l.f. Cosmetics - Culver City, CA KEY HOLDER Position Summary: The key holder is responsible for opening and closing the store. He/she works with the management team to oversee the daily operations of the store. This includes all security procedures such as arming/disarming security systems, managing the cash wrap and handling deposits, and ensuring that exceptional service is being provided to our customers. Responsibilities Customer Experience: * Role model exceptional service * Assist with customer inquiries and issues * Manage the break schedule to ensure proper zoning and floor coverage Drive for Results: * Know daily/weekly goals and drive to meet and exceed all KPIs

• Communicate sales goals to team and hold them accountable * Motivate team and create a fun environment for the associates and customers * Continue to build customer loyalty through a unique and special in-store experience Visual Standards and Operational Excellence: * Ensure opening and closing checklists are completed * Maintain company brand standards by ensuring a neat clean and organized sales floor, cash wrap and backroom * Execute all visual directives and schematics to ensure the floor is set properly and timely * Ensure shrink results meet company loss prevention standards Qualifications: * Minimum of high school education or equivalent * Minimum of 1-3 years retail experience preferred * Strong knowledge of beauty and cosmetics * Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-velocity environment * Strong communication and follow-up skills * Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holidays, nights and weekends * Must be a beauty enthusiast and a product junky Job Type: Full-time 5 hours ago - save job Apply Now Please review all application instructions before applying to e.l.f.
