Job Description
The Email Marketing Specialist supports Red Wing Shoe Company’s digital marketing strategy by executing and optimizing email marketing campaigns across multiple brands. This role ensures the successful deployment of email campaigns, assists in automation and segmentation improvements, and provides performance insights that help refine our email marketing approach. Working under the direction of the Email Marketing Manager, the specialist plays a key role in campaign execution and process efficiency while maintaining email best practices and compliance.
