• Follow OEM repair procedures and warranty standards.

_ Workflow & Efficiency_

• Maintain steady production pace without sacrificing quality.
• Communicate issues promptly to leadership.
• Support shop flow and production goals.

_ Accountability_

Performance is reviewed regularly. Failure to meet expectations may result in coaching, additional training, or corrective action. Consistent performance creates advancement opportunities.
