Responsibilities The TQM Coordinator is responsible for the execution of Audits (Store or Rolling) and supports with quality investigations driven by the TQM Sr. Coordinator and TQM Director. Interfaces with multiple cross functional teams and global partners as needed to bring issues to a final resolution. Store Audit Process Organize attendees and manage meeting planners. Walk new participants through the mindset/process/purpose of store audits. Execute the Store Audit documenting patterns of concern by style with vendor/factory and production date noted. Review the back room, the damage rack and gain insight on trending concerns of fit, function, performance and quality from Store Managers. Create and update weekly Store Audit recap decks as needed, to be sent to Technical Design Managers and Director. Partners with TQM Coordinator on action sets based on findings. Execute action steps and report findings back to the teams. Compose and send heads up callouts to global partners. Partner with TQM Sr. Coordinator to review resulting CAPs Audit Process Management Maintain Audit Tracking document from receipt to closure. Partner with TQM Coordinator on audit prioritization. Partner with Technical Design team to obtain Green Tag sample and most recent tech pack for every style to be audited. Create audit sheets and update the system with findings. Provides audit results back to TQM Coordinator and align on action plan and next steps. Collects and organizes audit information/photos/samples to provide to global supply base. Quality Investigation Supports TQM Sr. Coordinator and Director on quality callouts. Administrative Support Manage maintenance of department tracking documents. Partner with TQM Coordinator for direction on managing training tool updates, department metrics and other deliverables. Filing, organizing and other administrative duties. Partners with cross-functional teams to extract details regarding investigations. Records/Sample Retention Organize and file hard and soft copy documents and physical samples related to audits and investigations in appropriate locations. Lead maintenance of retention practices per the TQM Records Retention Policy. Essential Requirements Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience Experience: Up to 2 years technical design or quality experience in the apparel industry Preferred Requirements ( skills and abilities) Basic knowledge of garment fitting, construction and patternmaking. Communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills. Organizational skills and the ability to multitask. Attention to detail. Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment. Good sense of fashion and proportion. Effective time management skills. Accountable to follow through on a task from beginning to end. Ability to self-manage/work independently. Proficiency in computer skills: Yunique/PLM Outlook Excel Word Power-point Photoshop Illustrator Physical Requirements: Light lifting. Ability to lift mannequin form when evaluating proper fit. Must be able to travel to stores and transport samples.
