Primary Purpose Were looking for a dedicated candidate to grow within our Marketing Team. The Marketplace Associate should be intimately knowledgeable on all things Paid Search and will report directly to our Director, eMarketing. This position will play a pivotal role to the growth of our advertising initiatives on marketplace platforms such as Amazon and eBay. Duties and Responsibilities As the Marketplace Advertising Specialist, you will: Conceptualize, create, and manage PPC campaigns using advertising platforms within Amazon and eBay Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns Proactively track and manage campaign pacing and performance across different levels of granularity Manage budgets closely, ensuring spend is aligned with weekly and monthly targets Update and deliver reports to key stakeholders with performance notes on a specified cadence Perform ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion and optimization Research competitor trends and create roadmap for execution of campaign response Manage relationships with marketplace contacts to further optimize search marketing campaigns Other duties as needed or required Supervisory Responsibilities This position does not have supervisory responsibilities. Education and Experience Requirements Bachelors degree in Marketing/Business/Communications/Advertising required Minimum 1-2 years of search engine marketing on platforms like Google and/or Bing required, experience with advertising on Amazon and/or eBay a plus Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Excellent verbal and written skills Quick learner that can apply previous expertise without much supervision Self-motivated and able to be proactive in a high-paced environment Strong organizational skills and ability to work on multiple initiatives with varying objectives Must be able to work under pressure and hit deadlines Analytical by nature and creative when necessary All sports fans are welcomed Physical Requirements N/A
