vision. Responsibilities: * Responsible of all aspects of hourly
employee administration on assigned crew/shift * Deliver HR products and
services, including labor agreements, in accordance with applicable
employment laws, regulatory agencies, regulations, policies, and
practices (e.g. ethics, health and safety) * Responsible for
administration of union representative compensation * Coordinate and/or
assist in UAW contract negotiations, implementation and/or ongoing
administration of the Master and Local Collective Bargaining Agreements.
Investigate and prepare responses to grievances * Support hourly
personnel recruiting and hiring, Personnel Relations activities and
health and safety activities as required * Build strong relationships
with operations partners, Union representatives, HR colleagues and
experts, and other business partners to jointly deliver business
objectives and resolve issues * Support HR efforts related to
investigations, governmental inquiries / charges, grievance resolution,
performance and absence management, complaints of unfair employment
practices / discrimination, and disciplinary action * Coach, counsel,
and educate salaried operations partners on HR policies, processes,
programs and strategies * Foster an effective, inclusive work
environment / culture and relationships, balancing employee advocacy
with stewardship of company goals and values * Analyze data and use
technology to proactively identify and diagnose business needs /
opportunities and develop solutions to meet those needs * HR Business
Partner experience including project management, change management
and/or organizational development * Strong communications,
interpersonal, leadership and computer skills * Willing to work in a
manufacturing environment, including shift work as required (including
nights and weekends, as assigned) Basic Qualifications: * Bachelor's
degree * 2+ years of Human Resources experience * 1+ years Microsoft
Office experience Preferred Qualifications: * MS HR, MBA or related
field * Successful candidate should be able to demonstrate leadership in
