This team member will aid in implementing multichannel, integrated marketing campaigns that drive incremental revenue while building the customer relationship across promotional campaigns, lifecycle campaigns, and behavioral triggered campaigns. This team member will build out automation and identify opportunities for personalization and efficiency throughout the entire CRM program. Deliverables: * Create and execute campaigns across email, push & in-app messaging, SMS, direct mail and additional channels to grow our overall customer lifetime value by developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive order value, brand affinity and customer retention. * Build new promotional campaigns, life cycle campaigns, and behavioral triggered campaigns while identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency * Develop triggered and transactional campaigns utilizing HTML/CSS/JavaScript and SQL where necessary. * Maintain list health and drive deliverability through identifying key segments and understanding out customer life cycle. * Maintain our internal process and identify improvements to the process to ensure team efficiency. Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications: * Must have a Bachelors degree * Must have 3-5 years of related experience * HTML/CSS email development and marketing automation experience required; Javascript & SQL a plus * Knowledge of CRM processes and ESP platforms required * Responsys experience a plus * Knowledge of industry best practices for subject lines, email templates/creative, and CAN-SPAM/opt-in/opt-out (COPPA & GDPR a plus) * Good understanding of segmentation and customer profiling * Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) * Experience in a retail and/or fashion environment is a plus * Strong organization and multi-tasking skills required * Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment * Must be able to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization At Forever 21, style isnt dictatedIts inspired.
