THE JOB DETAILS

Provide Excellent Customer Service

Answer questions and assist guests with order decisions and processes

Operate sales system via cash handling and credit card processing

Food & Beverage Support

Refill and organize all display pastries and desserts

Prepare made-to-order and scheduled cafe beverages

Cafe Environment

Clean, organize, and restock cafe areas

Support team members, where needed

WHAT YOU NEED

Previous experience in food service, customer service, retail or a willingness to learn

Weekday, weekend, and/or holiday availability

Ability to prioritize and follow directions

Adherence to food safety requirements & guidelines

Understanding of cash handling and transaction accuracy

Integrity, efficiency, and dependability

Ability to lift 25 lbs
