Customer Service Supervisor is a key member of the Kohl’s team, responsible for:
Overseeing daily functions of the Cash Office (i.e. register and cash balancing, change orders, authorizing voided transactions, supplies, over/short research)
Supervising associates to help support a sales driving culture while focusing on creating a consistent customer experience
Engaging and connecting with customers to solve their shopping needs, making everyone feel respected, appreciated and rewarded
Overseeing Omni and Freight flow processes
Informing customers of current merchandise assortment, store promotions, and events
Delivering a consistent sales floor experience by supporting the sales floor, fitting rooms, point of sale, and operational processes
Building customer connections and executing an authentic hospitality experience
Helping customers save with a Kohl’s Card, opening and activating Kohl’s Card applications
Observing associate performance and providing feedback in partnership with Assistant Manager/Store Manager
Onboarding, training and developing associates
