Stockroom Operations Supervisor is a key member of the Kohl’s team, responsible for:

Training associates on Omni and Freight flow processes to maximize productivity and efficiency

Engaging and connecting with customers, making everyone feel respected, appreciated and rewarded

Informing customers of current merchandise assortment, store promotions, and events

Delivering a consistent sales floor experience by supporting the sales floor, fitting rooms, point of sale, and operational processes

Building customer connections and executing an authentic hospitality experience

Observing associate performance and providing feedback in partnership with Assistant Store Manager/Store Manager

Helping customers save with a Kohl’s Card, opening and activating Kohl’s Card applications

Onboarding, training and developing associates
