Job Description
SUMMARY :
Responsible for managing lifecycle marketing campaigns from ideation to execution and assists with strategizing, optimizing, and reporting on analytics to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create lifecycle marketing campaigns (primarily focused on email, but also including SMS and push notifications) to promote GNC promotions, products, store opening and events
- Ensure marketing message is conveyed clearly and delivered properly to customers
- Ensure messages are sent in proper form and template (including French translation when needed for Canadian recipients)
- Proofread campaigns for clarity, grammar, and spelling
- Maintain email campaign tracker and provide daily status updates to Owned Channels team
- Become proficient in Salesforce Marketing Cloud navigation, reporting, and email, SMS, and push notification builds
- Coordinate multiple templated email campaign sends per week
- Track and analyze performance metrics on all lifecycle marketing campaigns
- Perform trend analysis to optimize lifecycle marketing channels
- Learn to code AMP script and SQL, assist in creating lifecycle journeys and automations, optimize various marketing tools to enhance performance
- Provide occasional weekend support troubleshooting and making minor modifications to emails
- Track and analyze open rates as well as click through rates on all marketing campaign
- Assist intern supervisor in training responsibilities
