Job Description
Completion of efficient corporate, franchise and conversion inventories within an assigned geographical area.
- Monitor inventory procedures to ensure all appropriate documentation at store level is completed and submitted.
- Train, monitor and evaluate the counters during the inventory process to ensure compliance with all Physical Inventory procedures.
- Conduct operational and procedural audits in stores per Loss Prevention guidelines.
- Maintain proper record keeping and maintenance of inventory related documents and equipment per Loss Prevention standards.
- Coordinate the monthly physical inventory schedule with, the Physical Inventory Manager per departmental guidelines.
- Direct and monitor store manager / franchisee in pre-inventory procedures for performance of physical inventory.
- Assist in the investigation of losses as directed by the RLPM and / or the LP Inventory Manager.
- Participate in non-retail assignments as required by the RLPM and / or LP Inventory Manager.
- Additional duties as assigned.

- Regularly/Occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, extreme cold & heat, risk of electrical shock, and toxic or caustic chemicals.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually low/moderate.
