Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY: The Replenishment Inventory Coordinator is responsible for reviewing inventory item orders ensuring corporate turn, in-stock, and sales goals are met. This position will provide information and recommendations to Store Managers on problems relating to store inventory and orders.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review item inventory orders and make necessary adjustments (using Via E-3 Slim System) to ensure corporate turn, in-stock and sales goals are met
• Properly manage store/item inventory levels so that both lost sales and known loss figures are kept to minimal levels
• Review item forecasts to ensure optimal inventory levels at store level
• Review and record store manager “On-hand” adjustments as received
• Open/Close store product availability while following established policies and procedures
• Answer and resolve all Store Manager questions and problems relating to store inventory and orders
• Place special seasonal and customer demand orders as required
• Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key accountabilities of the job required
• 1+ years of previous Merchandise Allocation or Inventory Control experience preferred
• High degree of proficiency MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications
• Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning)

• Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as, internal and external clients
• Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
• Ability to work with and influence peers and senior management
• Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting
