    Job Description

    The HR Technology Analyst will provide system support and manages a variety of HR Technology responsibilities. This role will work directly with HR, IT, and additional cross functional stakeholders. The HR Technology Analyst will contribute to supporting and improving H&M's human capital landscape with a focus on new and existing HR Technology.

    This position is based in New York, NY within our Human Resources Function and reports to our People Insights Manager.

    CORE RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO:

    • Manages and supports day to day HR technology operations including system maintenance, user support, ongoing projects, enhancements, data/systems requests, production support, and troubleshooting
    • Supports all HR technology applications including HRIS, recruitment platform and others
    • Manages aspects of employee HR lifecycle and the intersection of technology
    • Contributes to the support of data management practices and processes
    • Supports implementations and administration of both new and existing HR technology
    • Partners regularly with cross-functional partners in IT, Controlling, Sales, and others
    • Conducts ongoing analysis of core business processes and data integrations
    • Identifies and recommends HR system efficiencies and process improvements
    • Develops testing plans and required documentation to support HR system changes including necessary change management and training of systems and processes
    • Adheres to and supports data privacy principles, including audits and data validation
    • Assists with HR data structures and reporting across HR systems

    WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

    • Academic degree in information systems or relevant related experience is preferred  
    • 3-5 years of experience working with a portfolio of HR technology
    • Strong knowledge about the expanding landscape of HR technology
    • Demonstrated ability to utilize HR technology as an integral business solution
    • Proficient in Microsoft Suite
    • Self-starter with the ability to diagnose complex problems and reach sustainable solutions
    • Ability to manage multiple HR systems simultaneously
    • Ability to be confidential and deal with sensitive information
    • Excellent analytical skills with solid strategic thinking
    • Business-oriented with ability to proactively identify opportunities and recommend solutions
    • Thorough, organized, and detail-oriented
    • Ability to prioritize and follow up on various projects
    • Able to be flexible and adaptability to adjust and alter approach when needed
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong presentation skills
