    Job Description

    OPPORTUNITY SNAPSHOT

    The Business Tech Cross Product Coordinator for Online Fulfillment from Retail Warehouses is responsible for managing complex cross cutting initiatives including, but not limited to, technical activities, new product development, implementation and coordination of different product teams, areas, and domains, and their activities during the initiative lifecycle.  The job includes strategic analysis and technical expertise.  This role will coordinate across Warehouse Management Systems and External Product Fulfillment Adapter Product Teams, and others as needed.

    This position is based in Secaucus, NJ within our Business Tech function, and reports to our Competence Lead, Customer Fulfillment Domain.

    PLEASE NOTE:  Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.

    CORE RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO:

    • Lead, manage, and execute large cross cutting and technology projects (programs), involving a large number of Product Teams
    • Lead initiatives across Domains, Product Areas, and Product Teams, as well as with business stakeholders requiring synchronized backlogs and activities in order to optimize online sales fulfilled from retail warehouses
    • Responsible for planning and preparing the roll-out of programs in countries, coordinating both with regional stakeholders as well as program stakeholders, ensuring alignment on dependencies and timelines
    • Support rollout and implementation of new solution as well as in standard operating procedures and training material development
    • Take responsibility and accountability and drive planning and resolution, providing key stakeholders with timely statuses
    • Lead various product initiatives while delivering other cross-functional projects and ensure coordination across Product Areas (where necessary)
    • Secure communication to all stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and tasks, and ensure solution is operated successfully by all end users
    • Develop a thorough understanding of business processes and technical issues
    • Enable continuous improvement during projects, ensuring learnings are documented and shared with other tech teams
    • ·Follow up on incidents and support in problem solving and the constant improvement of this solution
    • Continuously improve the cooperation between the product teams with other stakeholders at H&M and in the Business Tech organization
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    THE REQUIREMENTS

    • 3-5 years of experience working in Logistics preferred
    • Experience working with EWM and VSM Warehouse Management Systems
    • Project Management/Development experience preferred
    • Experience with Agile Product Development
    • Strong stakeholder management with ability to bring together multiple stakeholders, both internal and external, to execute on a common mission and vision
    • Great written and verbal communication skills within international and diverse context
    • Possess project and program management skills including task breakdown, prioritization and planning, clarification of ownership, proactive risk management, and status monitoring
    • Knowledgeable in Market & Trends Analysis and ability to assess risk and have strong issue management skills
    • Experience managing backlog, developing Product Roadmaps
    • Excellent prioritization and planning skills
    • Identify interdependencies within a dynamic product landscape and complex organization and create awareness and understanding around it
    • Understand core retail processes and associated technical solutions
    • Challenge the status quo and find new solutions and drive initiative ideas
    • Comfortable being hands on and actively seeks to learn
    • Possess a business and customer-oriented mindset and solve complex problems
