    Job Description

    As the Success Factors SAP Superuser you are responsible for data quality and day to day management of the PeopleData product. In partnership with other CSU’s and the Regional Product Lead, you will work to optimize the product and educate the organization on how to best utilize Success Factors SAP - People Data.

    This position is based in either New York, NY or Secaucus, NJ within our Human Resources Function and reports to our Regional People Insights Manager.

    Core Responsibilities includes but is not limited to:*

    • Understand and have in depth knowledge of PeopleData, as well as how PD works with other solutions connected to the product
    • Test when new functions are released and when improvements/corrections are made to the product; provide feedback on successes and opportunities
    • Manage global assignments, local reports, and role-based permissions within the product
    • Responsible for the data quality within PeopleData (including organizational structure, job roles, and access) through education, routines, and audits
    • Support in the development and maintenance of educational materials, train colleagues on utilization of PeopleData and roll out product updates; build a network of local experts
    • Be the first point of contact for any questions in relation to PeopleData
    • Utilize knowledge of your market(s) to optimize PeopleData and ensure compliance with all local legislation
    • Partner with RPL and Regional Data Privacy Officer to ensure data security compliance (both with GDPR and local guidelines)
    • Identify necessary changes, potential improvements, and risks; elevate these to the Regional Product Lead
    • Remain up to date on advancements in the field of HR technology and provide recommendations on potential business needs
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    What You’ll Need to Succeed:

    • Academic degree in information systems or relevant related experience is preferred
    • 1-2 years of experience working with a portfolio of HR technology, experience with SuccessFactors software is preferred
    • Experience in performing diagnostic tests and audits as well as documenting processes
    • Ability to collaborate, provide technical support, educate colleagues, and provide clear feedback
    • Ability to keep up with the expanding landscape of HR technology
    • Proficient in the Microsoft Suite
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and deal with sensitive information
    • Adaptable, organized, and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Hiring Range is $ 66,793 - $75,142 **
