Overview:
As a Human Resources intern you will have the opportunity to showcase your business acumen while solving HR challenges. Whether it is using data to provide critical insights, building relationships with business partners, or developing a talent strategy, you will be supporting the business and improving process efficiencies.
This project based rotational program is designed to give exposure into the 4 key pillars of Human Resources (Human Resource Business Partners, Compensation & Benefits, Associate Relations, and Talent Acquisition), in addition to an immersive experience into Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion. While this program is project based, it is also designed as a cohort in which you and your fellow interns will collaborate and partner throughout your rotational. This internship will give you the opportunity to explore all parts of HR, provide you the opportunity to develop holistically as a future HR professional, and make lasting connections across all of the Human Resources department.
