Projects are selected based on their potential impact to the business. Interns will be partnered with a mentor who will ensure they gain the knowledge, training, and relationships necessary to achieve their project objectives. They will interact regularly within their department and with other functions. Students will have the opportunity to engage with multiple levels of corporate management.At the end of the internship, students will present their projects and accomplishments to senior executives in the Global Supply Chain, other department members, and fellow interns.All Global Supply Chain interns are included in our in-depth immersion and exposure program at Hanesbrands. They will participate in multiple sessions including meet-and-greets with top executives, overviews of business management processes, training in global operations, facility tours, and other learning and service opportunities.
