As Head of Ecommerce Sales, you’ll own topline revenue across two established ecommerce websites. Your job is simple: drive sales — across every viable channel — and don’t stop until you hit the numbers.
Excuses make you sick. You don’t explain misses — you eliminate them. You’re not satisfied with ideas, plans, or potential. You want results. And you don’t quit until they show up.
You’ll lead execution through our Head of Marketing, but the accountability sits with you. If something’s slow, off, or stalled — you fix it, period.
You treat underutilized channels like Amazon, Walmart, YouTube, and affiliates as personal offenses. You find what’s missing, and you go after it.
Who You’ll Work With
You’ll report directly to the owner. There’s no micromanagement and no waste — but roadblocks get removed fast so the team can fly.
If a process works, it gets supported. If you show something has traction, we’ll help you scale it with confidence. We care deeply about momentum — removing blockers, eliminating unnecessary delays, and making sure great ideas actually ship. You’ll have leadership’s backing, and the same level of clarity and follow-through will be expected in return.
You’ll provide direction and accountability for our Head of Marketing, ensuring execution stays sharp, aligned, and focused on results.
What You’ll Do
Own ecommerce revenue performance across two online stores
Ensure all marketing channels (email, ads, CRO, promotions) are running fast, clean, and aligned
Coordinate with the Head of Marketing and hold the bar high on execution and outcomes
Identify and activate underdeveloped channels — Amazon, Walmart, YouTube, affiliates, influencers — whatever drives revenue
Build and maintain a tight marketing calendar around launches, promos, and seasonal pushes
Collaborate with merchandising, operations, and fulfillment to make sure plans translate into results
Report clearly and consistently to leadership — no fluff, just what’s working and what’s next
Who You Are
A proven ecommerce revenue driver — with real wins under your belt
Fluent in the tools — Klaviyo, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Shopify/BigCommerce, Rebuy, GA4, Looker Studio, Hotjar, Optimizely, Attentive, Postscript, Yotpo, Gorgias, Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Seller Center, Feedonomics, and more — and you’re constantly discovering and deploying tools we haven’t even heard of yet
A leader who stays close to the work — you know what good execution looks like, and you won’t settle for less
Obsessed with performance — effort is a given, you measure your days in outcomes
Action-biased — if something’s not moving, you don’t wait for consensus, you move it
When execution deadlines are set, you meet or beat them — not explain them away

Build, optimize, and troubleshoot Klaviyo flows and campaigns
Run high-performance paid campaigns on Google and Meta
Plan and execute ecommerce promos that convert
Launch and grow revenue on marketplaces like Amazon and Walmart
Leverage YouTube, influencer, and affiliate marketing channels
Read a P&L and understand how your work impacts the bottom line
