ECRM - Database/Campaign Analyst( Job Number: AHM00046B) American Honda Motor Co., Inc. Description The department is responsible for AHMs proprietary Customer Database referred to as ECRM Enterprise Customer Relationship Management. This includes the care and feeding of the database and data enhancements/cleanliness. All divisions of AHM use the database for marketing and analytic purposes. This department is also responsible for the Campaign Operations, which requires all business users that send out direct mail or emails to our consumers, hand raisers or defectors to use AHMs Campaign Management tool, Unica, for the list pull and our eMail Service Provider for the execution of the campaign. We capture all customer touch points in ECRM and are responsible for the integrity and cleanliness of the customer data across all divisions of AHM. This position will support the Manager, Database Assistant Manager, Campaign Operations Assistant Manager and the Campaign Communications Coordinator with specific tasks. Responsibilities: Database Cleanliness Support - Support the Database Assistant Manager with activities such as: Standardize Adminitrack Requirements, Layout and ticket development across all users. Extract Research Request requirements from lotus notes/Outlook repository, open Tickets, validate requirements and make sure they in the correct format to be sent to the EMM/Unica developer. Make all customer 360 changes/enhancements/suppressions and requests received from Customer Service, CPO, Targetbase, Vendors, Financial Services and others within 24 hours. Campaign Operations Support/Verint SME - Suppot the ECRM department with ad hoc requests, validating Customer Contact History, Customer Service Database Management and training. Standardize processes and implement with various user groups/vendors. Technical SME supporting AHM Verint survey tool and users. Questionnaire development with best practices and tool functionality advice to create comprehensive surveys. Coordinate software version upgrades and facilitate the training for the corporation. New Business User Set up/maintenance - Create and submit all eRequests for new users to access customer 360/AIRBase and other applications. Ensure that all confidentiality agreements are signed and inventoried for compliance. Request T numbers for all new users.
