Who are we?

Working with the Human Resources team, you will have the opportunity to gain exposure to various aspects of HR. You will be able to apply what you are learning in HR or business class and gain hands on experience. You will be able to walk away with a better understanding of HR function and purpose.

What you’ll be doing

• Promote employee welfare through supporting the HR circles (Recruiting, Administration, Benefits and Employee Relations)
• Provide HR assistance and employee relations support in-line with our culture
• Support day to day functions of HR operations
• Review current processes and propose improvement plans
• Support in a wide range of HR projects aimed at improving employee experience

• Ability to work amongst numerous distractions and take work direction from more than one person and prioritize accordingly

• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
• Highly discreet and able to maintain confidentiality
• Sense of humor required

• Ability to address situations with good judgment and integrity
• Excellent task management, prioritization, and organizational skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build strong business relationships

• Normal working business hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
• Must be willing to relocate to Las Vegas, NV for the summer of 2018 (did we mention we have some sweet housing lined up?!).
