About the Role
As a Human Resources Intern, you will have the opportunity to showcase your business acumen while solving HR challenges. Whether you use data to provide critical insights, build relationships with business partners, or develop a talent strategy, you will support the business and improve process efficiencies. This project-based rotational program is designed to expose you to key Human Resources pillars. While this program is project-based, it is also designed as a cohort in which you and your fellow interns will collaborate and partner throughout your rotational experience. This internship will allow you to explore all parts of HR, provide you the opportunity to develop holistically as a future HR professional and make lasting connections across all of Human Resources.
What You’ll Do
● Collaborate with all areas of HR during different rotations
● Analyze data to provide business insights throughout the organization
● Conduct project work related to each of the rotational stops, including individual and group project work
● Learn and utilize various HR applications such as Workday, Phenom and Glint
● Participate in department, company and intern events
● Typical Internship rotations may include Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Compensation and Benefits & Human Resource Business Partner
