Join us for the Indiana x Walmart Future Leaders Experience , an immersive event designed for students interested in exploring careers in Merchandising and Fashion at Walmart and Sam’s Club.

Throughout the experience, you’ll connect with Walmart and Sam’s Club leaders and associates, learn how our teams bring products to life for millions of customers and members, and gain insight into career paths across Merchandising and Fashion.

Students will have the opportunity to learn how our teams identify customer trends, develop product assortments and strategies, collaborate across areas such as Buying, Sourcing, and Private Brands, and help shape the customer and member shopping experience.

Complete the interest form to be considered for the event. After the interest period closes, Walmart recruiters will review submissions and pre-screen candidates. Selected students will receive an official invitation with instructions to RSVP and confirm their attendance.
