    The Indirect Procurement Intern will work be a part of Signet’s team responsible for procurement activities and will partner closely with Procurement Operations, Sourcing, and the Program Management Office (PMO) to assist with activities related to the acquisition of indirect goods and services that enable Signet to maintain and develop operations.

    Signet’s Indirect Procurement department is integral to the organization serving as a strategic business partner that delivers financial value, risk management, and outstanding team member experiences in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


    • Own an Indirect Procurement initiative, focused on process engineering, and present project results to Indirect Procurement team and key stakeholders

    • Analyze category spend data, summarize key findings, and make recommendations to the Sourcing Team to support cross-functional and cross-organizational sourcing initiatives and strategies

    • Work closely with Indirect Procurement team to gain experience utilizing strategic Procurement methodologies and eProcurement tools

    • Support the research and implementation of new technology initiatives


    • Currently enrolled and pursing a bachelor’s degree program preferably in Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, and/or Business-related major

    • Minimum overall 3.0 GPA is required

    • Anticipated graduation range of December 2023-May 2024

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office

    • Visio or other process mapping tools are a plus

    • Ability to learn new software programs; SAP experience is a plus

    • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills

    • Experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, operations, or supply chain is preferred


    This position will be remote, and any on-site requirements will be discussed as needed.

    • Requires ability to interact and collaborate with team members via video-conferencing platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom

    • Candidate must be available to work a 40-hour work week for 10-12 weeks summer 2023, beginning end of May.

    The salary range for this opportunity is $18.00-$19.50/hour. Base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job related knowledge, skills and experience, among other factors.
