    JOB DESCRIPTION

    WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

    • Support the A&F and abercrombie Kids Influencer Marketing team with day-to-day program activities and organization, execution of campaigns, sampling, outreach and events
    • Assist with ongoing gifting, ordering, packing and shipping product to influencers, models and other brand partners
    • Organize samples to be distributed to influencers
    • Track social metrics and sales for all influencer partners
    • Monitor influencer social activity to create reports for internal distribution
    • Maintain partner contact database and mailing lists
    • Generate monthly fashion and new media industry trend reports to support future campaign development
    • Work with cross-functional partners on product education and campaign execution
  • Qualifications

    WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING?

    • Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Marketing, Business, PR, Journalism, Communications or other related fields)
    • Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA
    • Strong interest in influencer and brand marketing with emphasis on the fashion industry
    • Knowledge of and experience using social media platforms, particularly IG and Tik-Tok
    • Positive, "can-do" attitude
    • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail and accuracy
    • Ability to jump from one project to another across both brands and adapt in a fast-paced environment
    • Self-starting attitude and desire to take initiative
    • Proficiency in Google Drive, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Suite
