    DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW:

    The Store Services and Project Management Office (PMO) organization provides essential services that support local brand retail stores, as well as corporate office locations. The team delivers a range of services, including asset protection and loss prevention, retail and customer contact centers, project management for key business initiatives, store innovation and technology and aviation services that connect locations.  

    PRIMARY PURPOSE:

    • Reduce risk through the administration of Exception Based Reporting (EBR) and leveraging other financial systems, across all brands/banners for ADUSA for the investigation of internal, external, and operational shrink.  

    • Measure KPI performance against baselines and communicate investigations to loss prevention representatives. 

    • Work with the asset protection team to successfully identify key loss prevention metrics and measures that facilitate the reduction of risk and loss. 

    • Create and maintain a vibrant exchange of communication, reports, and ideas between AP Analytics Team and AP departments and other key business units. 

    • Additional job duties may be assigned as needed to meet the needs of the business and support our Values.

     

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Working towards a degree in Accounting, Finance, Operations, Business, Criminal Justice, Data Science, or related field. 

    • Experience working in a collaborative group setting  

    • Experience using analytical thinking and problem-solving skills  

    • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, appropriately and effectively  

    • Knowledge of MS Power BI (Preferred)
