Choice Distribution is looking to hire a Part Time Intern to assist the IT team with the maintenance of our hardware and software systems. Duties Include: -Installing PC hardware and software. -Troubleshooting computers. -Troubleshooting printers and fax machines. -Monitoring and documenting help desk support requests. -Running software updates as well as backups. -Skills Required: -Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. -Strong communication skills. Must be able to communicate and document professionally. -Knowledge of Web Browsers such as IE & Chrome. -Knowledge of Windows 10 Operating Systems.
