As a Sourcing Coordinator, you will support private brand costing process and execution of our Sourcing Strategy through research, analysis, reporting and data visualization.

Some of the key job highlights: Conduct key analyses (e.g., commodity indexing, cost sheet analysis)

Lead data organization and gathering for costing events and initiatives

Establish and evolve reporting best practices for continuous improvement of tools and processes

Support Sourcing Leaders with facts in preparation for costing negotiations

Assist with preparation for quarterly strategy meetings

Influence Kohl's supply chain processes through onboarding and managing vendor partnerships and maintaining vendor scorecards.

Develop presentations to drive decision making for various audiences, including upper management

Support costing outside primary events

Manage vendor communication via Jaggaer costing tool

Required: Senior standing towards a bachelor’s degree May 2022 - August 2023

Proficient in Excel and/or Google Sheets

Passion for and/or a background in research and analysis

You're a great communicator- you get along with a range of personalities and backgrounds

You work well in teams, but also enjoy to work and own processes independently

Strong analytical, problem solving and prioritization skills
