• This position is responsible for driving site analytics in support of kohl's digital business.

• You will be providing data driven insights on how customers engage with the digital experience across all channels. The insights derived are intended to help drive customer engagement with the digital channel and to answer the questions of the business stakeholders.

• Provide relevant and timely data driven insights on customer experience and purchase behavior

• Support ad-hoc requests on site performance and customer engagement

• Analyze customer interactions with Kohls.com across all digital channels

• Provide guidance to cross functional teams on Key Performance Indicators
