• The Store Process Intern will work to understand store operations, identify areas of process improvement, and make recommendations for changes that will drive operational efficiency and/or elevate the associate experience. He/She will partner with various teams and subject-matter-experts to resolve in-store areas of opportunity based on potential return on investment. The intern will be responsible for researching and proposing a solution(s) while keeping the customer and associate experience in mind.

• Work to improve processes, equipment, and/or operations within the store

• Partner cross functionally with teams and departments throughout the organization

• Spend time learning the ins and outs of store operations specifically related to the given project.

• Determine the impact technology can have to improve the customer and associate experience.

Our Internship is in person at our Corporate Office in Milwaukee, WI. We provide housing AND transportation to and from the office throughout the Summer!
